We bought this house approximately 23 years ago and remodeled it completely. And it has been a rental. It is an old post and beam house from the late 1800s that was moved to its current location when they expanded the Tomhannock reservoir. The house sits on 1.9 acres on a nice quiet road. It’s literally across the street from the water. It has a 200 amp electrical service which we installed when we redid the house all wiring throughout the house was inspected. we tried to save some of the original features of the house, such as floors and woodwork. It is a nice crooked house with a lot of character. We just had a high-efficiency boiler installed and plus there is a wood stove in the living roomBest way to reach me. Would be 518-929-5648.
