"The Shire". Green pastures. Open skies. Peaceful porch. Privacy. Fully stocked pond. This has been our home for 20 years! We have loved it and nurtured it. We have remodeled it. Beautifully spacious inside and out. We are moving onto the next phase of life and down sizing! We are excited to find a family or otherwise who will LOVE it too! One bedroom on the first floor (could be a MIL room) and 3 bedrooms upstairs. Full basement and garage. Kitchen and Laundry room remodeled. Wood floors throughout first floor and partial on second floor. Propane heat and air conditioning. Wood burning stove. We are on a well, with amazing water and a filtration system with reverse osmosis. We also have septic with zero issues that is maintained and healthy. Additional upgrades and improvements. We look forward to showing you around. Call for an appointment to see it!
