Motivated seller! Beautiful remodeled home located on Doctors Lake just outside the city limits of Adams Nebraska. 30 minute commute to Lincoln! This lakefront home sits on 3 acres with a large out building. So many upgrades in the past 2 years. All new Pella widows and doors, gorgeous new garage doors, new shingles. The sliding glass doors on the back side of the home are a show stopper. They give you all the views! Sunrise with a cup of coffee is a favorite time for me. On occasion you can spot the family of bald eagles fishing. It’s pretty dang neat! Inside all the bathrooms have been redone with custom built cabinets and beautiful ceramic tile. Flooring has all been replaced with top of the line Karastan brand flooring. New trim work throughout the home as well. There is a giant store room off a bedroom with plenty of space to get creative if you needed to add anything. A beautiful loft space that overlooks the great room. Plenty of space to entertain or just relax. Don’t miss out on this one of a kind lake property!
