Circa 1840 Greek Revival. The William Tusten Vanduser house was originally built on 20 acres but now sits on a one acre lot. Originally a 4 over 4 post and beam structure with 8 fire places. A cabbaged addition attached to the rear of the house has been torn down. This home is ready for PEX plumbing to be installed by the new owner. This house sits approximately 100’ from the road with a 10’ walkway leading up to the front porch. A concrete pad exists at the rear for a three bay garage. There is an area that an elevator could be installed in the back hallway and a 1/2 bath could be added behind the staircase.
